Fobbing is a tiny historic SS17 village south of Basildon — mostly listed cottages around the medieval St Michael's Church, with a conservation area covering the village core. Famous as one of the starting points of the 1381 Peasants' Revolt. Heritage homes here need careful deionised cleaning — no pressure-washing on old brick, no abrasive detergents anywhere near leadwork or stained glass.
23 miles south of our Chelmsford base on the SS17 loop with Corringham and Stanford-le-Hope. No call-out charge, no deposit, fixed price — paid only when you've checked the photos.

We don't pressure-wash anywhere near listed property. Tell us upfront if there are specific conditions (lime mortar, leaded glass, stained glass) and we'll plan around them.
