Burnham is a working sailing town with weather that bites. The Quay, the Yacht Harbour and the cottages along the High Street take wind and salt off the Crouch estuary every day of the year, and you can see it in the housing stock — corroded aluminium frames, dulled UPVC, salt deposits welded onto glass that no general window cleaner ever properly clears.
Our Burnham approach is different to inland jobs. We use a heavier-cut detergent on first-clean salt-loaded glass (one normal rinse doesn't lift it), we check sealant condition around every frame before going near it with water, and we low pressure clean any south-east facing render twice as often as we'd suggest inland. Anything aluminium or galvanised that's already pitted, we'll tell you straight: cleaning won't undo it, and we won't pretend otherwise.
We're about 22 miles south-east of our Chelmsford base. No call-out charge, no deposit, fixed price in writing — paid only when you've checked the work yourself.

“Jordan did such a fantastic job of cleaning my windows, sills and doors today, they are gleaming and no dirty water marks left behind, which has always been the case with other cleaning companies, so I am thrilled! Jordan is a lovely guy, very professional, reliable and so friendly. JH Pro Clean was very recently recommended to me on my local Facebook and I wasn't disappointed, so I am gladly recommending him too - thanks Jordan 😊”

Quay-front and Yacht Harbour properties take the full hit of the estuary weather. Windows we'd suggest every 4–6 weeks (instead of monthly) and a low pressure clean of render or salt-exposed brick twice a year — usually one in spring after winter storms, one in autumn. If you want, we'll put you on the round so it just happens.
We'll clean them properly — lift the salt, biocide off the green — but I'll be straight with you: once aluminium is pitted, the damage is structural and no amount of cleaning will reverse it. If yours have got to that stage they may need replacing rather than cleaning. We'll tell you what we see before you spend any money.
Yes — we're across the whole Dengie peninsula. Burnham, Southminster, Mayland, Althorne, Latchingdon and Bradwell-on-Sea are all on the round.
No. As long as we can get round the back, we crack on and send before/after photos through when we leave. Most Burnham customers pay by bank transfer after the job's done — no card, no cash, no chasing.
Form, phone or WhatsApp — whichever's easier. We'll reply the same day, usually inside the hour.
One price, no extras at the end. Take your time deciding.
On the day we agreed, in uniform, with everything we need. You don't have to be home if you'd rather not be.
We walk it together at the end, or send photos if you're out. Anything not right, we sort it before we go.
